Diet plan.

Alright, here is the diet I will be following for a while. 

Breakfast.


Oatmeal/Whole Wheat toast ( pick 1 )

3 Egg Whites

Fruit

Snack - Shake or Cottage Cheese

Lunch

Turkey/Grilled Chicken/Salad or 1 Cup Brown Rice

Veggies

Snack - Yogurt/Peanut Butter ( 2 table spoons)

Dinner


Chicken-Ground Turkey- Beef (lean)

Sweet potato/Brown Rice 1 Cup

Veggies

Drink = Water.
